Notice Joe Manchin is Not Saying What Would Be Eliminated in Trimmed-Down Big Spending Bill to Protect the RINO’s

Shouldn’t Joe Manchin be saying what he would eliminate in his idea of a bill trimmed down to $1.5 trillion from the $3.5 trillion being pushed by Biden and Pelosi? Or is his purpose to shield the issues from debate so that the RINO’s in Congress won’t have to wrestle with them in the public eye?
