Dr Marty Makary Says Don’t Take mRNA Shot If You Have Natural Immunity so Shouldn’t That Be Determined First?

Today on Fox News, Dr. Marty Makary said that if you have natural wuhan immunity (after having been infected), then you need not take the “vaccine,” so shouldn’t everybody wanting the “vaccine” be tested first to determine if natural immunity is present?
