If Smartmatic Joe Biden Really Did Not Follow Advice of Military Then Question of Blackmail by China Comes to Mind

Reportedly all of the bigwigs in the U. S. military didn’t want to abandon the Bagram Air Base for strategic and tactical reasons, so if it’s true that all advice to Biden was to keep the base, that Communist China is blackmailing and’/or bribing Biden seems a distinct possibility.
