Shouldn’t Withholding Those Lifesaving Therapeutic Treatments for Fighting the Wuhan Virus Be Considered a Crime?

With witnesses such as medical doctors Vladimiar Zelenko, Pierre Kory, and Peter McCullough, couldn’t it be proven in a U. S. court of law that the doctors denying the efficacies of Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin are engaging in manslaughter even murder?
