Smartmatic, Dominion, and ES & S are refusing to handover the passcodes to the voting machines, claiming that doing so would violate their proprietary rights, but that’s just their excuse, no basis in law, as elections are to be fully transparent, the fault of the state election boards, secretaries of state, and governors having been buffaloed by those vote rigging firms, or perhaps complicit in many cases?
