Doesn’t it make sense to encourage those very afraid of catching the wuhan virus to mask-up and even stay home while allowing the rest to carry on life as normal, with or without the mask, particularly considering Dr. Scott Gottlieb’s estimate that about 85% of the U. S. population has natural immunity?
