Mask Mandates Cancelled in May When Wuhan Deaths Down to 600 Per Day Now at 300 Yet Mask Mandate Returns?

In May of this year the number of deaths per day by the wuhan virus had gotten down to 600 when the mask guidelines were removed, so now that the wuhan deaths are down to about 300 per day, ostensibly logical is to return to the masks!
