Establishment Talking Heads Refuse to Admit the Constitution Stipulates the States Not Congress Make Election Laws

Most school kids know that the U. S. Constitution instructs that the states make election laws, not Congress, so those kids must be shaking their heads watching the establishment types pretend that making election is law is a function of Congress.
