Second Amendment Says the Right to Bear Arms is Necessary for the Security of a Free State so Somebody Tell Sleepy Joe

As there is no provision for a permanent standing army in the U. S. Constitution, and as the Founding Fathers warned of enemies within and without, the people’s right to bear arms was deemed necessary in the Bill of Rights (the ten amendments which made the Constitution accepted enough to be ratified).
