If Smartmatic Biden is Proven to Have Not Been Duly Elected Then Wouldn’t the Bills & Executive Orders Signed Be Expunged?

Should president Biden be proven to have been not duly elected (by proper procedure which is the meaning of duly), then wouldn’t all of his executive orders and bills signed be null and void?
