Pete Hegseth on Fox News likes to say “in the year of our Lord 2021,” old school, which certainly triggers the agnostic leftists who try to avoid thinking about the Messiah come to save them from their sins, and raising the question of why else would the time of his incarnation be the demarcation of human history (B. C. then A. D.) if He (Jesus Christ) really is not the Messiah awaited by many Jews to have incarnated at that time (see Daniel 9) that He did?
