Should the mRNA Shot-Givers Have Checked for Wuhan Antibody Before Injecting Product Not Approved by FDA?

Wouldn’t it have been prudent for those wanting the wuhan shot to have been checked first for natural immunity after infection, those carrying the antibody advised to not take the shot?
