Pro sports teams love the college set-up where the collegiate sports programs provide training for the prospective professional level talent, and the colleges love the set-up for the revenue it produces, plus the talented players rather than griping about not being paid should be thankful that they get to enjoy the college life (and perhaps obtain a degree), at least for a time, until they might decide to go pro, it’s a winning situation really for all involved, difficult to improve upon.
