The prescribed U. S. presidential line of succession applies only to a “duly elected” president according to the U. S. Constitution, so if it’s proven to the satisfaction of almost all level-headed Americans that Trump won say 80 million votes to Smartmatic Joe’s 66 million (or less), Joe and Kamala would have to leave the White House and Team Trump moved back in, by the states decertifying their initial counts for the Electoral College then certifying for Trump for the Electoral College votes to be changed.
