Imagine Trump leading millions of Americans who’ve also been banned by Big Tech in a lawsuit against the censorship of their political thought online, going to the Supreme Court where the justices would certainly feel compelled to takeaway Big Tech’s Section 230 protection (from liability), in the name of free speech, the 1st Amendment, supposedly sacrosanct, not now by Big Tech’s treachery.
