Democrat U. S. senators Mark Kelly (Arizona), Mark Warner (Virginia), and Raphael Warnock (Georgia) are up for reelection in 2022, so they are very afraid of having to vote for HR 1, which is why recently reelected senator Joe Manchin promises to vote against it, to kill it, saving the three senators up for reelection from having to vote no on that Democrat bill in order to help their reelection odds long already in the wake of Sleepy Joe’s disastrous administration.
