Justice-seeking Americans could successfully sue Twitter and Facebook for suppressing lifesaving information about the efficacy of Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin in reducing wuhan viral loads, and they could successfully sue Twitter and Facebook for having muted the transmission of information about the 2020 election fraud apparent to millions of Americans on election night, so shouldn’t Twitter and Facebook just admit they’re publishers, not worthy of Section 230 liability protection?
