If Violence Against Police Officers is Not Hate Crime Then Nothing Is Considering Targeted Nature of Anarchists’ Hate

Shouldn’t every American (or otherwise) who attacks a police officer in the U. S. be prosecuted for a hate crime considering the officers are there to protect from such violence?
