Although the wuhan virus was probably spread accidentally from the Wuhan lab (which had the safety standards of a dentist office), the Chinese still used it as a bio-weapon proven by that in China travel to and from Wuhan was stopped yet travel to and from the U. S. (and the rest of the world) was not.
