The forensic auditors of the paper ballots using ultraviolet light to reveal the “kinematic artifacts” of each of the 2.1 million paper ballots in Maricopa County cannot change the kinematic evidence of each ballot so cheating can’t happen during the inspection. When/if the estimated 200,000 fraudulent votes are proven, those ballots’ kinematic artifacts will be shown to the questioning media.
