The Republicans on Capitol Hill (and Joe Manchin) should propose a $500 billion infrastructure package (for roads, bridges, airports, etc.) and then tell the leftists led by Sleepy Joe to take-it-or-leave-it, the package to include of course that contracted companies can use only U. S. citizen employees!
