Part of the prosecution’s strategy in the George Floyd case was to present the three other officers involved in the arrest as powerless to have stopped Derek Chauvin’s ostensibly excessive force, powerless to have stopped Chauvin’s tactic, so why are those three officers being prosecuted considering they were supposedly powerless in that situation?
