Black Republican U. S. congressman Burgess Owens lived during the Jim Crow era and is livid that legislation for election integrity is being portrayed as “Jim Crow 2.0,” angry that the Democrats (and some RINO’s) are characterizing blacks too stupid and/or lazy to follow the new rules which enable all legal voters while discouraging illegal voters, the bane of the election riggers.
