A jewish ritual predating Messiah Jesus’ incarnation is the Afircoman, during Passovover, when the middle of three (Father, Son, Spirit) pieces of matzo bread were broken then wrapped in a linen and hidden, the child who found it a special blessing (Messiah Jesus). In those Old and Inter Testament days, when the lambs were sacrificed at 3pm, the priests would stretch out their arms and say “it is finished,” just as later would say Jesus on the cross, destined to resurrect three days later.
