After the Tower of Babel, some of Heber’s progeny moved to the region of the Caucasus mountains to become known as the Iberians, among them progeny of Heber’s son Peleg (who also was a patriarch of the Hebrews destined by the Word for the Promised Land), the progeny of Peleg to the Caucasus region later become known as the Pelasgians when they dominated the Aegean Sea during the Ice Age, and perhaps their first “cyclopean” building structure now submerged about a mile from shore, a hundred feet down, in the Black Sea (which during the Ice Age was a huge lake), submerged off Anapa, Russia.
