While the cops who pulled over Army lieutenant Nazario in Virginia may have used unnecessary force to get him out of the vehicle, the fact remains that Nazario evaded the stop for 90 seconds, continuing to drive along which made his stop one of high risk for the cops who didn’t know what Nazario was up to.
