Too many Christians think that evangelism is the job of only paid evangelists, preachers compensated by other believers for their dedicated efforts, but those other believers are also called to be fishers of men (see Matthew 4: 19), perhaps without the huge nets of the paid evangelists but certainly capable though with smaller nets to fish for men (and women) in everyday life, at home, work, and play.
