Massachusetts governor Charlie Baker said the other day that the vaccine passport idea is a bad one, joining Florida governor Ron DeSantis and Texas governor Greg Abbot, so why can’t the other 28 red state governors join in too, and why not a few more blue state governors to join the rational Baker?
