Delaware and New York along with the other solidly blue states have much tighter guidelines for voting than in the contested swing states because election fraud on a grand scale isn’t required for Democrats to win in the solidly blue states, so the swing states now tightening up their election laws to match those in the solidly blue states is not “Jim Crow” unless those same laws in the blue states are Jim Crow too!
