The best assistance which the U. S. government could give to blacks and browns (whites too) during the wuhan virus pandemic would be to provide easy access to the inexpensive and very effective drugs (to reduce viral load) hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin, so how many have died in the U. S. for lack of those drugs, maybe 100,000 of the roughly 200,000 who have died actually of the wuhan?
