Maybe president Biden is playing too-clever a word game in saying the American people can handle it when you shoot from the shoulder, so does that mean better able to shoot straight (with the American people) from the shoulder than by shooting from the hip? Did his speech writers come up with that one or was it his own ingenious presidential wordplay? Why hasn’t he taken a cognitive test like president Trump did who scored a perfect 30 out of 30? What do you supposed Joe would score, maybe 15?
