Today on CNN’s State of the Union, Jake Tapper tried to get Tate Reaves to say that election fraud did not cause Smartmatic Joe to win, to which Reaves replied that in Mississippi, mail-in balloting is illegal (except for absentee ballots), and that he can’t rule-out that bad laws (and cyber balloting fraud) didn’t cause rigging in other states (such as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona).
