Valid ID Required to Enroll in Government Welfare Programs so Why Should Voter ID Be Any Different for Civic Duty?

Why isn’t ballot fraud as serious an offense as welfare fraud considering fraudulent balloting nullifies the votes of honest Americans, many millions of them in the 2020 election?
