The U. S. Constitution says that Jan. 20th is Inauguration Day, but it doesn’t say on what date Congress is to certify the Electoral College votes, so vice president Pence on Jan. 6th could have instructed the states to reconsider the votes in light of the avalanche of evidence indicating the election rigged for Smartmatic Joe, which probably would have won for Trump if Twitter had not banned him!
