By the time to certify the Electoral College votes on Jan. 6th rolled around, Mike Pence was well aware of the mountains of evidence indicating orchestrated election fraud (particularly in the six contested swing states), so considering the U. S Constitution does not stipulate when certification of the Electoral College votes is to occur, Pence should have sent the votes back to the six contested swing states to reconsider (and continued inflow of evidence), and the votes after the reconsideration to be accepted either way.
