The U. S. Constitution stipulates that the states shall decide whom will be their electors for the Electoral College in a presidential general election, and that the U. S. Congress has the freedom to contest any or all slates of electors presented by the states, all legislative functions, so Congress by one vote per state based upon which party controls the state legislature of each state is free to accept the alternate slates of electors for president Trump from the seven contested states (including New Mexico), that which will begin the process of cleaning-up our crooked election system which turned an overwhelming 80 million to 68 million Trump victory into a 79 million to 75 million Smartmatic Joe Biden “victory.”
