If Republicans Kelly Loeffler and/or David Perdue lose on Jan. 5th (or days later), they could have the election corrected in their favor because only voters registered and eligible for the the general election (Nov. 3rd) can vote in the runoff according to Article II of Georgia’s state constitution.
