Tonight the Supreme Court ruled against Texas and the 17 other states which filed against Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin for ignoring Article II of the U. S. Constitution in changing their election laws without the state legislatures, the Court saying Texas and the others had no standing, as if being partner in the pact of Article II does not give them standing!
