The Supreme Court Could Rule That Ballots Should Be Thrown-Out But That State Legislators Will Make That Decision

Assuming the Supreme Court will rule on the important case now before them brought by Texas with 17 other states against election law violations in the four contested states, perhaps the Court would rule that the ballots distributed and collected outside of election law passed by the state legislatures should be thrown out, but that it’s a decision for the state legislatures in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin to make in special sessions in deciding the Electoral College votes.
