Today at Fox & Friends, fired-up senator Lindsey Graham said that mail-in ballots in Georgia typically are rejected by bad signature matching at a rate of 3.0%, but this year the unsolicited mail-in ballots were rejected at a rate of only 0.03%, that therefore about 38,000 votes in Georgia are likely fraudulent.
