Typically one out-of-every thousand mail-in ballots is rejected because of requirement(s) not executed, but in Pennsylvania for this election, only one out-of-every thirty thousand was rejected, and for whom do you suppose those ballots went. The were 2,600,000 mail-in ballots submitted in Pennsylvania, 950 rejected, thus perhaps 30,000 votes (for Sleepy Joe clearly) were added to the total when in a normal year they would not have been accepted; rejections at a rate 30x less than usual, odd indeed!
