To press the case at the Supreme Court that the 80,000,000 unsolicited ballots mailed-out were in violation of the U. S. Constitution (state legislators not governors change election laws), the president’s lawyers will probably cite the nature and purpose of the wuhan scare-hoax, to shutdown the U. S. to create the illusion that unsolicited mail-in ballots were necessary. The fact that state legislatures didn’t act is proof that the people didn’t want the the election laws changed, so by executive fiat twas done.
