Team Trump has laid the groundwork for a formidable legal counterattack, set to make the case before the Supreme Court if necessary (attorney Jay Sekulow has won many cases before the Court), so unless president Trump has suddenly lost his appetite to “hit back twice as hard,” the Democrats should brace themselves for some very embarrassing revelations and Court decisions.
