State legislators could have changed their respective state election laws to allow unsolicited mail-in ballots, but they didn’t do that, so should the Supreme Court thereby deem those ballots illegal, the disenfranchised voters will have their state legislators to blame plus the wuhan scare-hoaxers who pushed the illegal changes to the voter laws, having gambled the votes of the soon disenfranchised?
