If the Wuhan Virus Can Be Controlled Then Why Not Influenza Which Kills Up to 80,000 Americans Per Year?

The wuhan scare-hoaxers bent on derailing the Trump Train say that the wuhan virus can be controlled (by bubble wrapping everybody?), so why don’t they control the influenza virus if it can be done?
