Democrat senator Amy Klobuchar during the confirmation hearing today (Tuesday) coyly asked ACB whether the Roe v. Wade decision is a “super-precedent,” to which ACB cleverly responded the fact that there is so much contention about the issue indicates it’s not a “super-precedent.”
