Reportedly many young blacks in swing state cities such as Detroit, Cleveland, and Milwaukee are not excited about Sleepy Joe’s candidacy and so will not be voting or will for Trump, in perceiving that Sleepy Joe is part of the old days before Trump came along for criminal justice reform, permanent funding for black colleges, and the lowest black unemployment rate in history.
