During the vice-presidential debate, moderator Susan Page asked Kamala Harris if Roe v. Wade were overturned, would she want California by legislation or referendum to allow unrestricted abortion, which Harris did not answer, obfuscating to a tangential topic. Yet California (and all the other states) would be faced with that should Roe v. Wade be overturned, very restrictive, very loose. or somewhere in between, up the people of the respective states to decide, not the Supreme Court.
