Apparently having realized that the American people by-and-large think Pence crushed Harris in the debate last night, Joe Scarborough this morning went into one of his patented off-the-charts rants which might have broken some glass wherever he was stationed, angry like a betrayed husband or somebody whose dog was intentionally killed, an epic rant at the close of which going to a commercial break his wife Mika with a bemused look on her face as if saying “well that’s just Psycho Joe!”
