The leftist U. S. senators are so consumed with the Supreme Court having the capacity to legislate from the bench rather than just interpret the Constitution as is their role that Amy Coney Barrett during her confirmation hearing might be well served to answer some of those questions by merely reading what the Constitution says on the particular topics at hand.
